Went out for sushi with Carley before she left for London and decided to do some post-lunch shopping. I happened to stumble upon these amazing tea sets. The tea cups and sorcerers obviously don't go with the tea set but I scooped them up anyways. I'm not going to put them to use just yet, I'm waiting for a special occasion to bust out the china.
I also purchased this book from work two days ago, and I would suggest it to anyone who enjoys writing and reminiscing. It's a Q&A book and everyday, you must answer a different question, then you start all over again the next year and see how your answer differs. There's 365 questions and five years to fill it, it's kind of neat if you enjoy that kind of stuff.

I received such great gifts yesterday, my friends really know me. Joe got me Blood Sugar Sex Magik on vinyl a record that I've been planning on purchasing for a while & I'm so stoked that it's my collection now, he also gave me a Dr. Martens gift certificate ... also something that I've been planning on buying :) Mugs? you can never have too many! My girlfriends from school gave me some VV gift certificates, amazing. All in all, I had such a great birthday.
had a very successful thrifting day with two of my girlfriends today. i could hardly contain my excitement and as soon as i got home i had to look at everything i purchased. i have to share it with all of you! these are just some of the items i bought today, a mix of decorative items and knick knacks ... but i promise i'm not a hoarder.
